Based on 865 reviewsSushiro Shinjuku Nishiguchi is widely recognized for its fresh and diverse sushi offerings, appealing to both casual diners and sushi enthusiasts. Customers appreciate the efficient and streamlined ordering process, primarily facilitated through digital systems such as QR codes and tablets, which enhance convenience despite occasional initial confusion for first-time visitors. The restaurant is noted for its variety of high-quality nigiri and standout desserts, particularly its affordable parfaits. While wait times can be lengthy during peak hours, the rapid food delivery and overall casual atmosphere contribute positively to the dining experience. The innovative digital elements add a novel touch, although some patrons would welcome more staff assistance to navigate these features. Overall, the venue is popular among locals and tourists alike for its consistent quality and modern approach.
I caught wind of the Digital Sushiro Vision news on soranews in October 2023 before coming here and wanted to see for myself (June 2024). (However, by the time I write this in July 2025, Mandai Singapore has our own Digiro outlet already). Although we didn't get the Digiro experience, we sat across those who did and I observed how the patrons interacted with the screen. It has a degree of novelty and fun factor which I want to try with more people. Sushiro is a popular kaiten sushi chain back home too. We went so often that we were able to exchange for the big plushie.
Delightful experience with the high quality of sushi and dessert served here The sashimi are fresh and umami rich while the dessert is a highlight of the meal as well. Never expected a sushi restaurant to make such wonderful parfait with a very bargaining price Go and get a ticket earlier as it's popular among tourists and locals!
The entire process was so efficient and amazing, but I do wish there was staff at the front to explain what to do. As a foreigner, I had to ask another group for help, and thankfully they were kind enough to walk me through it. You use a machine to print your own QR code, which is then used to order and pay — very streamlined. I really enjoyed the option to play a game and earn points, which added a fun touch to the visit. The private dining experience made it even better. I’ll definitely come back next time!
Sushiro quickly became our go-to spot for casual sushi in Tokyo. As a conveyor belt sushi chain, it really exceeded our expectations in terms of quality and variety. The fish was consistently fresh, and they offered an impressive selection of nigiri — from classics like tuna and salmon to more unique seasonal and regional options. Ordering was easy and efficient through the tablet system, and dishes arrived within minutes. Prices were very reasonable, making it a great value for the quality you get. Whether you’re grabbing a quick lunch or looking for a laid-back dinner, Sushiro is a must-visit in Tokyo for anyone who wants to enjoy delicious sushi without the fuss.
Exactly as you’d expect from Sushiro. The wait to get in can be fairly lengthy if coming at peak times, which is made a little uncomfortable with blaring sounds from all angles. The food itself and the experience is quite good. For the price, the sushi is… okay. Not great but still fresh and tasty. The food also comes out extremely fast which is cool! Overall a pretty good experience.
The sushi was fresh and came super fast on the belt. Loved the salmon belly and seared scallop — so good. The ordering system was easy to use, even if it’s your first time. Prices are reasonable too. Nice place if you’re craving sushi without going too fancy. I’d definitely come back again.
It’s my favorite of the conveyor belt sushi places, and I absolutely love it every time. This particular location has these huge screens you can order from, like your own personal tv. The quality is always consistently good and the selection plentiful. The price point is hard to beat, as you can eat and be full for less than 2000 yen. Make sure you grab a ticket and reserve, or else you may find yourself waiting for an hour or more.
